OIL, GAS & CHEMICAL
Upon completion of its expansion, Tioga Gas Plant's capacity will be approximately 250 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) gas. Kiewit's scope includes installing process pipe, structural steel erection and setting mechanical equipment.
The TransCanada projects consisted of several crude oil pump stations spread from the Canadian border in eastern North Dakota to the southern border of South Dakota continuing through Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Work performed included mass excavation, cut and fill, structural foundation excavation, electrical/instrumentation, piping and mechanical work.
This gas plant included the construction of Train 3 for Burlington Resource's Lost Cabin Gas Plant., a sour gas sweetening facility located in Lost Cabin, Wyoming. The plant consists of three (3) trains. The first was designed and constructed by Raytheon Engineers and Constructors. The second and third were both engineered by Washington Group, formerly Raytheon, and constructed by TIC.
TIC was the general contractor for the erection of pipe module support steel, equipment access and platforms including equipment modules, pipe rack modules, compressors, towers and other miscellaneous equipment.
Mechanical and electrical construction for this gas processing plant that was completed in 2011.
TIC was the general contractor for the complete upgrade of the handling and storage capacity associated with the section 32 Gas Plant from 55mmscfpd to 85mmscfpd.
This central gathering plant with an Amine unit produces 17 million standard cubic feet per day (MMSCFD) and 1,800-3,000 bbl of condensate per day. The project is currently in operation and sells 12 to 20 tankers of condensate and 17 million cubic feet of natural gas a day. The project consisted of site work, foundations, setting vessels pipe rack and underground piping.
